K-1 printing locks up the system each time we print

Does anyone know how to correct this?  We were on hold for hours this weekend and it is happening again.

    Thanks for the reply.  This didn't do the trick.  Hopefully Lacerte fixes this soon.

      What printer/printer driver are you using?  Can you print to pdf as a workaround?
