Intuit Login / Lacerte / QB

I am having trouble with my Lacerte software, it keeps logging me off. Also I tried sending invoice to my client, it's having trouble going via QB Payment system and the client only received a pdf copy of the invoice with no option of paying it via link or button.

This is a peer user forum. You'll probably need to call Support for help on this one. They can set up a Glance session to see your computer and watch what's happening.
