Individual Form 8936 Vehicle credits 2018, business use of credits does not flow into form 3800

2018 Form 8936 electric plug in vehicle business use of credits was computed based on the business mileage of the vehicle use in box 12 but it is not added up to the total credits in box 14 thus does not generate form 3800 of general business credit form. It does generate form 3800 when I entered the same information in Lacerte 2017. How can I generate form 3800?
