If Lacerte is never going to fix the messaging part of the program when will they remove it? Can't delete URN files when they are in use. Interrupts everyone's day.

I'm not having any daily interruptions...so perhaps explain a bit more why/how the URN files are messin' with you. Someone might have a solution.
