If I have a disregarded LLC for federal purposes because it is 100% owned by an individual and its formed to own real estate how do I enter it in Lacerte>

Screen 18 (assuming it's a rental). And way down towards the bottom, mark it as a SMLLC. In screen 1, mark the LLC box for efile if appropriate for your state.
