Question

I'm trying to allocate non-business income only to the source state in a partnership return, but now success. How can I allocate nonbusiness income?

I input the information in Alabama non-business income form 43.402 with allocable income everywhere of 100% and 0 to Alabama, but the income still goes to Alabama's Schedule K-1.

0 does not generally exist in Lacerte. -1 will generate a zero if you want one. That may not be the issue. If so, please share more information, such as what type of return you are working on.
