I can not prepare a PDF file for my 2025 tax clients..

    Hi ​@d_lowinger  Here are  two help articles ,with troubleshooting steps, you can review: 1. How to print and save a tax return as a PDF in Lacerte  and 2. Resolving PDF printing issues when printing from Lacerte to DMS.   If the troubleshooting steps in the articles don’t resolve the issue for you, we’d recommend reaching out to Lacerte Support, as they have the tools to remote in and take a closer look.
