If OFF means remove > Screen 29 > 3rd enter is 1 = delete this year.

Screen 29 > Select Schedule E from the 1st Drop down > Select Which property from the 2nd drop down.

Enter business area

Enter total area

bottom of that section enter 2 - elect to use simplified method
