How to record SBA loan payment assistance in a 1065 tax return

Our partnership owns a building as an investment. I'm reporting income and expenses related to the building on schedule 8825.  Where can I record the "non taxable income" of the loan payments (assistance via CARES act) made by SBA towards our loan?
