How to find the date on calendar for aprevious appointment

Was it an appointment linked to a specific client? Highlight the client, click on the "calendar" icon, and it'll show you all appointments for that client for the current year. For a prior year, you'll have to go back to the software for that year. If it's an appointment NOT linked to client, all you can do pull up the calendar week by week & look for whatever appointment you are trying to find.
