how to clear critical diagnostic ref. #2012404 and 2012405
form 8621 foreign investments; "the program does not automatically include in dividend income amounts listed on various lines." all those lines are zero. how do I tell the program the numbers are zero? I have to file the form to avoid exposure to a penalty of $10,000 per form and there are 42 of the forms. What am I missing?
