How override some of these silly critical diagnostics that have no impact on the program result?

If they are silly you can still e-file. Just ignore them. If they are too persistent and yet still silly, you can use the wonderful ignore all them silly things and just efile the return tool https://accountants-community.intuit.com/articles/1607060-disabling-e-file-diagnostic-error-checking
