Hi ​@ESCAPE CPA thanks for posting about how to get the spouse to show up instead of the taxpayer on the 4547. We would take a look at this Support article for how to generate the 4547:

Generating Form 4547: Trump Account Elections in Lacerte

Responsible Party at the top of screen 95 under Part I should have a 1 in it.

The checkbox for Responsible party is authorized to open the Trump Account for the child should be checked too.
