How do I get the city of Cincinnati business tax return to appear?

Screen 1: Add Cities
Screen 54-Taxes: Resident City, use drop down to choose Cinci (if actually a resident)
Screen 54-Taxes: left side under "City", ADD, use drop down to add Cinci and scroll down list to see if any appropriate information is needed.
Note: if a Schedule C business is part of return, add Cinci to "City Information"
