How do I delete MI city returns that no longer apply to my client?

Some MI city returns are in my client's return that do not need to be filed.  I have been unable to delete them.

Screen 1 > Returns in upper left > Highlight the city and click Delete

Also check Screen 54 for any specific city input under Michigan Cities
