How do I attach a statement or Note to be reflected on the NJ State Tax return for a Partnership 1065
I have a situation where a Real Estate Partnership has NO Business Activity in NJ State - However the 3 Members are NJ State Residents - I understand that there is a NJ-1065 Filing requirement and NO NJ Filing Fee Due ($150*3) due to the fact that there is NO Business Connection to NJ State - Question - How do I attach a Note OR Statement to explain this?? I can add it to the E-filing as a PDF - But how does it show up on the NJ 1065? Any help is greatly appreciated - Thanks!
