Enter federal withholding not on form W2 nor 1099
UPDATE: I think it will work if I post the tax withheld on the Interest screen at the bottom. If anyone thinks differently, please leave me a message!

TP has federal withholding by a foreign securities brokerage and I cannot find where to add federal tax withholding that is not the W2 nor 1099 screen.
