Can you put notes on a client that will pop up each year to remind preparers and reviewers of special client circumstances?
Looking for a pop up note that will appear when you open a client so important instructions are carried over each year

No pop ups, but you can add notes. It is up to you to look at the note each year.
If you still use tangible client folders - you can put a bright colored note on outside or inside cover of the folder to "Look at Screen # for ..."
