Arizona Part Year resident

Taxpayer moved to AZ in October. I filled out section 55 part year for both AZ and MA. MA correctly pulls part year resident return but AZ uses the full year from 140.

Checked and triple checked input. Read AZ instructions.

Does anyone have any thoughts or help?
