Minnesota KPINC and KSINC - final by state but not Lacerte with 36 days until 3/15/2026
Lacerte shows them "Do Not File" and a critical diagnostic. Contacted rep and the programmers say they are "waiting for guidance from the state" when the forms and instructions were final in January by the opening date to start filing. Partnership and S Corporations are due 3/15/2026. Will we have to put returns on extension if Lacerte does not have the forms ready but the state does?
