Lacerte Tax 24 columns disappearing

Has anyone encountered this problem recently in Lacerate 24 where, while working, an error pops up, and then if you close the error, the columns in the client section vanish, leaving a blank page until you reopen the column manager, re-add all the columns, and then everything appears as normal again until the issue happens once more.
