    Does anyone know how to clear critical diagnostic #57762. Due to a rounding, the amount of deduction for the shareholder(s) listed on the form CD-401S (NC), Schedule K, line 7 does not match total amount of S Corporation on the Schedule I, line 2 multiplied by the shareholder's ownership percentage.

    Do you have an informational diagnostic about rounding?  When I have these I make an entry in an expense entry to eliminate it.

    If that doesn't work you may need to force the amount on one of these two fields.  If you go to Forms view and right click on the field, then click on Jump to Input, it will take you to the input screen you need.
