Smart Look has not worked for two weeks.  We were told to update anti virus configurations which we did.  Our IT partner went thru those steps extensively,

 

It still didn't work but then the next agent we talked too said there had been problems with Smart Look for the past week or two.  

 

All other agents have said they know of no such problems.

Contacting support is kinda like playing a roulette wheel - each spin means you will most likely end up with a different answer.  But once in a while you get lucky and you land on a winner.

Coudn't agree more.  Don't blame the agents - I blame this on corporate policy and management.  At the end of the day they simply aren't accountable nor responsible nor care for that matter,

 

Corporate America - customer care and service is never a primary issue with them.   Small things that make our lives difficult and lose billable time over just not of real interest to them.  No different than most corporations in America - metrics over people.  Sad and shameful.
