Morning Bob,

We really appreciate all that you do in the community. You help a ton, and it doesn't go unnoticed.

We hear your frustration, but we’d ask that we keep things constructive here.

They are newer to the Community and genuinely trying to help. We won't always get everything right, but we want to assist people and get them the help they need.

If something seems off, we absolutely welcome clarification or corrections. That is how this works best. A collaborative approach goes a lot further than a reactive one.

A little patience and respect can make a big difference for everyone involved. We appreciate the understanding and giving a little grace.

Again, thanks for all you do in the community and for your understanding.
