Couple gets divorced.. I am preparing both the ex husband's and ex wife's returns as two single returns. The husband has a 1095-A but the ex wife is listed on the 1095A,, both covered on the one policy.
Say they agree that the husband will take all of the 1095-A on his return. On the bottom of the 1095A input for his return do I still out the shared policy section.. and if so do I put down 100% for all three inputs
Then on the exwife.. do I list the exhusband's social but show 0% for all three inputs? thanks!

makes sure yovue checked that Can they be claimed as a dependent box on that 0% allocation return, it wont prompt you for it, but if you dont check it, the 8962 wont get included.
