I am trying to add additional children on 4547 form. Have a 3rd child and can't find where or how to open another form 4547, which they say is used for additional children

You don't need another form. I just hit the "page down" button and keep adding names to the same form

Rodrigo: thank you for your answer, looked all over, didn't want to attach PDF , like some answers were.
