Hi guys, I got it fixed.  I had my personal SSN for my Employer ID.  I had this in place for over a decade.  Now the IRS won't allow a personal SSN AND the Employer ID to be the same.  I guess i got away with it for all those years.  The ProSeries help lady was on the phone with me for an hour.  I could not delete the Employer ID in the program.  Had to go to the Options Wizard.   We figured that out finally.  THX for all the replies!
