Let me know if you find anything out.  Same is happening with one of our computers.  Sometimes prints the client letter 1st page to the right and then prints the 1st page and all others just fine behind it.  So she gets the letter but throws away the duplicate right margin first page.  Other times is just prints the first page to the right and doesn't duplicate it.   The engagement letter is the same way.

Going to call one of these days.  Just have to go to another computer to print the letter.
