Unable to reference Developer Lacerte SDK (64‑bit Windows) to .NET Framework app

I am trying to integrate the Intuit Lacerte Developer SDK into a .NET application, but I am unable to add the SDK reference. Triied both versions 64-bit and 32-bit and all frameworks from 4.8 to 9.0
