With the latest update to EasyACCT (2025.3.07) why is OneNote overriding my default printer?

This is only happening when I try to print the ACH File Format Listing & Transaction Listing - Direct Deposits.

Hi @Eileen04 Thank you for posting about this. The next best step would be to connect with EasyACCT Support as they have the tools to remote in and can take a closer look.

Delete EasyACCT temporary printer files

If the error persists, EasyACCT is holding onto a cached printer setting. Clearing the program's printer settings file will force it to scan your current Windows devices: [, 2]

Open File Explorer.
Browse to the folder where your EasyACCT is installed (typically C:\EasyW).
Locate the file EZPRTSET.DAT and delete it.
Additionally, browse to C:\Windows, locate the EZACCTW.ini (or EZACCTWB.ini for Business System) file, and delete it.
Reopen EasyACCT and attempt to print your checks or reports.

I had somewhat of the same issue with mine & this fixed it on mine. Maybe this will save you countless hours on hold with EasyAcct Support. I hope this helps!
